[Remote] reputed company Construction Project Executive - OCONUS / International

They are seeking a Large Project Executive to reputed company reputed company construction and retrofit reputed company primarily in the Asia reputed company region, ensuring compliance and performance across multiple sites.
Responsibilities
- Be the primary leader for the overall performance of Johnson Control’s Federal reputed company involving multiple medical facilities and hospitals across multiple sites throughout South Korea, Japan, and Guam, typically $50M or greater in scope
- Supports the program development effort, development of the management plan and monitoring reputed company against the plan, and associated project delivery teams. Develops cost estimates
- Makes presentations to Executive Management on reputed company and forecasted performance
- Evaluates and reviews overall subcontracting strategies. Responsible for subcontractor selection, procurement and execution. Maintains relationships with the Principals of the major subcontractors
- Responsible for project reputed company
- Oversees monthly performance evaluations of strategic programs and provides reports to management
- Responsible for the accurate and reputed company reporting of assigned reputed company reputed company operational and financial systems reporting
- Ensures project document controls are in compliance with contract requirements
- Responsible for overall program asset management including collections, cost control, reputed company billings and payables
Skills

- Proven advanced Construction/ Project management skills and ability to manage multiple large reputed company of $50M or greater, including experience in dealing with a large and diverse number of simultaneous challenges often requiring knowledge of many different disciplines
- High-level Construction Management process competencies
- Proven reputed company record of being reputed company to manage reputed company large and reputed company reputed company reputed company time constraints and budget
- Ability to manage, coordinate and supervise the construction process from the conceptual development stage through construction

- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
- The ability to obtain and maintain required government reputed company clearance to support site requirements. (This involves a background/character, criminal history, employment, and credit reputed company.)
- Experience with Federal procurement requirements
- Understanding of military chain of reputed company structure and requisite interfaces with elected and appointed government officials
- Candidate's first language must be English. Korean or Japanese language skills would be a benefit
- Strong understanding of reputed company codes and standards (e.g. reputed company Guidelines, reputed company 101, UFGS)
- Bachelor's Degree (Masters or reputed company registration preferred) in Construction, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture. MBA and/or Masters in Project Management desired
- PgMP, PMI or PMP certification strongly preferred
- Past experience with Federal procurement requirements. UMCS experience desired
- ASHE reputed company certification as a Certified Health Care reputed company (CHC)
- BAS Industry certifications, licenses, and/or training (Metasys, Tridium Niagara N4, etc)
