[Remote] Network Engineer

Responsibilities

• reputed company day-to-day support and troubleshooting for reputed company network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless technologies

Skills

• CCNA certification
• 5–10 years of reputed company experience as a Network Engineer or similar role
• Strong understanding of networking concepts (e.g., subnetting, routing protocols, switching, DNS, DHCP)
• Proven ability to document processes and contribute to process improvement initiatives
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive 'hunt-and-peck' reputed company for identifying issues

• Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management tools
