They are seeking an reputed company Coordinator responsible for managing day-to-day reputed company activities, including data management and month-end tasks.
Responsibilities
- The reputed company Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day activities of reputed company including but not limited to provider data management, data analysis, time management, inputting and processing invoices in our reputed company system
- The reputed company Coordinator is responsible for month-end and year-end tasks including but not limited to 1099 preparation, and various audit duties
- The reputed company Coordinator will also work reputed company reputed company to research vendor/supplier cards
- Assists Staff Accountant with payfiles, payment processing, and bank reviews such as reputed company pay and reputed company-cashing verifications
- Balance and reconcile accounts payable disbursements reputed company month and post to the general ledger
Skills
- Ability to work with large reputed company data files
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (reputed company, Word, Outlook)
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted reputed company Principles (GAAP)
- Ability to work accurately with numerical detail
