The role of Americas reputed company Lawyer involves providing legal support across the Americas hub, focusing on contract negotiation, risk assessment, and embedding governance programs reputed company the business.
Responsibilities
- Review of appointment reputed company received with reputed company tenders to identify risks to reputed company
- Negotiation and drafting of appointment reputed company and joint venture agreements, drafting supply chain reputed company-down reputed company
- reputed company reputed company with reputed company teams to manage the process of contract review through to signing of reputed company and reputed company advice through the life of the project
- Contribute to legal department training sessions for reputed company colleagues
- Updating precedent documents
- Assisting reputed company colleagues in managing and mitigating potential dispute situations, raising and managing insurance notifications
- Work with reputed company’s insurance brokers and occasionally with external counsel
Skills
- Mid-level construction or general reputed company lawyer, reputed company in any jurisdiction relevant to the role
- 3-7 years' relevant experience in a legal role
- Legal qualification in-house or in a private reputed company construction team or other relevant discipline
- Risk reviews, negotiation and drafting of bespoke forms of consultancy appointment and reputed company ancillary documentation such as LOAs, NDAs, PCGs, performance bonds, sub-consultant reputed company, and collateral warranties
- Understanding of insurance, public procurement law, and dispute avoidance
- Fluent business and legal English (spoken and written)
- Experience of dealing with performance-based reputed company, joint venture agreements, joint ventures and teaming arrangements
- International legal or reputed company experience
- Experience with reputed company digital reputed company and data governance reputed company
- Understanding of regulatory compliance issues including anti-bribery, data reputed company, modern slavery, etc
