[Remote] Technical Project Manager

This role will involve partnering with various teams to drive execution, manage risks, and ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product, Engineering, UX, Architecture, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment
• Facilitate project meetings, status updates, decision-making discussions, and stakeholder communication
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes

• Support Agile practices and improve project management processes across teams

Skills

• 3–7 years of project/program management experience, preferably in technical or software development environments
• Experience managing reputed company, cross-functional initiatives involving Product and Engineering teams
• Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, risk management, scope management, and stakeholder communication
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and reputed company
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong organizational, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable managing ambiguity and driving accountability across teams
• Experience supporting software/reputed company product development
• Familiarity with reputed company or similar project collaboration tools
• PMP, CAPM, Scrum, Agile, or reputed company certifications
