[Remote] Cybersecurity Program Manager – Incident Response

This role focuses on program/project management and coordination, requiring the candidate to manage cybersecurity incidents and facilitate communication across multiple teams.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate cybersecurity incidents across reputed company, Infrastructure, Applications, Legal, Compliance, and other teams
- Manage incidents from initiation through reputed company and closure
- Facilitate meetings and reputed company executive stakeholder communication and status reporting
- reputed company reputed company items, ownership, timelines, risks, dependencies, blockers, and escalations
- Drive accountability and execution across cross-functional teams
- Maintain incident documentation, metrics, reporting, and records reputed company Onspring GRC
- Support CSIRT and reputed company Operations teams throughout the incident response lifecycle
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
- reputed company and enhance incident management procedures, workflows, and governance
- Support automation and AI-driven improvements reputed company cybersecurity operations
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity program management, project management, incident management, or reputed company areas
- Experience coordinating reputed company cybersecurity incidents across multiple teams
- Strong program/project management and cross-functional coordination experience
- Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and status reporting skills
- Experience driving reputed company items, accountability, and reputed company execution
- Strong understanding of the cybersecurity incident response lifecycle
- Experience with documentation, metrics, reporting, process improvement, and operational governance
- Experience supporting CSIRT, SOC, or reputed company Operations teams
- Experience with Onspring or similar GRC platforms
- Experience in large, regulated reputed company environments
- Exposure to reputed company automation and AI-driven operational improvements
- CISSP, CISM, CISA, PMP, or equivalent certification
