[Remote] Marketing Chief of Staff

As the Chief of Staff to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you will serve as a strategic partner and operational force reputed company, aligning strategic priorities and driving cross-functional execution across Marketing, Product, and Sales.
Responsibilities

- Organize, facilitate, and follow up on weekly leadership meetings, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and annual GTM strategic planning sessions
- Serve as a connector between Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, and finance to ensure metrics, forecasting, and resource allocations reputed company perfectly with GTM goals
- Draft executive communications, reputed company presentations, keynote materials, and internal updates for the CRO and CMO

Skills
- 6+ years of total experience in high-reputed company B2B reputed company environments
- At least 2+ years in a Chief of Staff, reputed company/Operations, Sales Ops, or Management Consulting role
- Deep understanding of software GTM models, Pipeline Mechanics, Sales stages, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and marketing conversion funnels
- Exceptional organizational skills with a proven reputed company record of moving reputed company, ambiguous reputed company from ideation to execution
- Ability to build strong relationships, navigate corporate dynamics, and influence senior leaders across functions without reputed company authority
