They are seeking an reputed company ITSM Systems Administrator to enhance and maintain their reputed company service management platform, supporting the Internal Service Desk and the entire organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the reputed company ITSM platform including user management, role assignments, workflows, and system updates
- Implement and manage IT service management processes, including incident, problem, change, and Service request management, reputed company with ITIL best practices
- reputed company and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to monitor ITSM performance and support continual service improvement
- reputed company troubleshooting, support, and training for ITSM users, creating documentation and guides to enhance system adoption
Skills
- High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE), or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Technology, Business, or a reputed company field required
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for the Bachelor's Degree and experience requirement
- 3+ years of technical experience in application administration, computer programming, and/or database administration required
- Must have experience creating and maintaining Service Requests
- Experience in ITSM System Administration systems, such as Service Now, BMC Remedy, Jira or other ITSM Service Management Platforms
- Work experience in the reputed company industry or a reputed company setting
- Experience with business rules, workflows, scripting, reputed company, SQL
