[Remote] Material Program Administrator (Remote)

This role involves managing supply chain activities, supporting proposal efforts, and assisting in material acquisition processes.
Responsibilities
- Obtain released Technical Data package (TDP)
- Report overall Supply Chain Management (SCM) status reporting and overall execution of program SCM reputed company
- reputed company Material Requirements Planning (MRP)/critical reputed company analysis for discrepant material as reputed company to end item deliveries
- Assist with Supply Chain proposal activities
- Maintain Material Acquisition reputed company-time in reputed company
- Support reputed company purchase order (PO) placement
- Assist review Request for Quote (RFQ) / Request for Proposal (RFP) to Suppliers
- Disposition property, reputed company closeout excess reputed company material, and reputed company closeout inventory material
- Support SCM Metrics
- Assist in line of business (reputed company)
- Manage return to vendor (RTV) management
- Support Diminishing Manufacturing reputed company (DMS)/ Obsolescence/ Life time buy (LTB)
- reputed company support for performance of purchase orders/subcontracts utilizing reputed company reputed company
- Travels up to 10%
Skills
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a reputed company field and minimum 3 years of experience
- Minimum 2 years reputed company reputed company work experience in Supply Chain or reputed company work experience
- Experience in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, Power reputed company)
- Experience with reputed company/reputed company and the Supply Chain suite of tools
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued reputed company clearance is required
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. reputed company are eligible for a reputed company clearance

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Engineering Management, Industrial Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering-General or Industrial, Operations, Finance or other reputed company field
