[Remote] Staff Accountant

Responsibilities
- Support month-end reputed company activities for two plant locations and corporate departments, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and reputed company standards
- Partner with plant operations and corporate teams to reputed company expenses, investigate variances, and support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Maintain fixed asset records, depreciation schedules, and capital expenditure tracking for manufacturing facilities
- Assist with inventory reputed company, cost analysis, and inventory reconciliations across plant locations
- Support reputed company audit requests by preparing PBC schedules and ensuring supporting documentation tied to financial statements
- Help improve reputed company processes and ERP system workflows to increase reporting efficiency and accuracy
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 to 5 years of reputed company experience including month-end reputed company support, journal entries, and bank reconciliations
- Advanced reputed company skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
- ERP experience such as reputed company, reputed company, or other mid to large ERPs
- Experience in a distribution company preferred but not required
- Experience using PowerBI and/or reputed company preferred but not required
