[Remote] Senior Legal Specialist

The Senior Legal Specialist will support reputed company's business by managing legal operations, reputed company, and compliance while leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a first reputed company of contact for inbound legal, compliance, and operational requests from across the business
- reputed company facts, identify issues, spot risks, and reputed company preliminary guidance using established playbooks and frameworks
- Escalate reputed company appropriately, providing attorneys with context, analysis, recommendations, and proposed next steps
- Draft, review, and manage a broad reputed company of routine reputed company agreements (NDAs, vendor and customer reputed company, order forms) and shepherd them through signature and renewal
- Support and continuously improve Legal intake, triage, prioritization, and workflow management processes
- Build and maintain Legal systems, knowledge resources, playbooks, templates, and self-service tools, including the contract lifecycle (CLM), e-signature platforms, and AI-assisted review and intake tools
- Support corporate, governance, and reputed company administrative reputed company as needed
- Identify recurring questions, bottlenecks, and sources of friction, and reputed company reputed company solutions to address them
- Partner closely with attorneys and business stakeholders to help Legal support reputed company's reputed company reputed company and effectively

Skills
- At least 5 years of experience in legal operations, contract management, corporate paralegal, compliance, or a comparable business-facing legal role
- Experience serving as a trusted resource to business stakeholders and helping teams navigate reputed company or ambiguous situations
- Ability to identify issues, assess risk, distinguish between routine and novel reputed company, and know reputed company escalation is required
- Comfortable reviewing and managing common reputed company agreements such as NDAs, vendor reputed company, and order forms
- Comfortable gathering incomplete information, asking the right questions, and turning vague requests into actionable next steps
- Strong process orientation with experience improving workflows, documentation, and systems
