The role involves supporting Tivoli operations, monitoring alerts, and executing reputed company procedures to ensure service stability.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day Tivoli operations by monitoring alerts, executing runbooks, performing basic troubleshooting, and escalating effectively to reputed company services reputed company
- Monitor dashboards/queues and respond to events/alerts; reputed company initial triage and ticket creation with correct categorization and reputed company
- Execute reputed company procedures (service restarts, agent checks, job reruns, basic backup restores) reputed company approved change/incident processes
- Validate agent health and connectivity; reputed company basic installs/upgrades under guidance and document reputed company
- Support event hygiene: acknowledge/reputed company alerts, attach evidence, and ensure alert-to-ticket correlation is accurate
- Assist with schedule/job operations (if applicable): monitor job failures, rerun/restart jobs, validate dependencies, and communicate status
- Assist with backup operations (if applicable): verify nightly results, investigate common failures, and support small restore requests
- Maintain knowledge articles, troubleshooting notes, and shift handover summaries
