Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain benefits reputed company Facets
- Analyze benefit requirements and translate them into system configuration specifications

Skills

- Strong understanding of health plan operations including claims, benefits, accumulators, and provider reimbursement
- Experience supporting testing cycles (UAT, regression, QA)
- Ability to interpret benefit requirements, plan documents, or regulatory guidelines
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve configuration-reputed company issues
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working with technical and non-technical teams
