[Remote] IT OPERATIONS MANAGER

The IT Operations Manager will reputed company a three-person IT team, manage the full IT stack including reputed company infrastructure and reputed company, and ensure compliance with regulations while supporting the day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities

- Manage and mentor the IT team, set priorities, remove blockers, and grow reputed company’s capabilities. Translate technical realities into reputed company language for business stakeholders, clients, and internal partners
- Own, operate, and reputed company our reputed company Azure environment, including: • reputed company and Linux virtual machines • reputed company Server Failover Clustering • Azure Entra Domain Services and reputed company Directory • Azure networking, including Virtual Networks, NSGs, VPNs, reputed company reputed company, Application Gateway, and reputed company vSRX firewalls • Azure App Service Environment, App Services, Key Vault, and Azure SQL • Azure Site Recovery • Infrastructure as reputed company (IaC)
- Own our day-to-day reputed company posture and operate our reputed company tooling, including SIEM, DLP, group policy, reputed company/device management, and RMM. Work alongside our GRC reputed company, who owns the compliance program, policies, and reputed company-party audits, by implementing and maintaining the technical controls that support them, executing defined procedures, and gathering evidence during HITRUST and PCI audits
- Support and improve our call center telephony, including Asterisk and SIP trunk infrastructure, as reputed company as the reputed company firewalls at our local offices
- Partner on our AI voice agent and automation stack as we continue modernizing how we deliver service
Skills
- Proven ability to reputed company a technical team and communicate reputed company with technical and non-technical audiences alike
- Deep, hands-on experience securing infrastructure and designing, operating, and troubleshooting networks, including firewalls, VPNs, segmentation, monitoring, and reputed company controls
- reputed company production experience across a meaningful portion of our Azure stack, including compute, networking, app services, SQL, Key Vault, Infrastructure as reputed company, and identity reputed company Entra/reputed company Directory
- Fully bilingual required. reputed company in both English and Spanish, written and verbal, is required
- Call center and telecom experience preferred
- Compliance familiarity preferred
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field is preferred but not required
- The following certifications are a plus: reputed company Azure: AZ-104 Administrator, AZ-305 Solutions Architect Expert; reputed company: CISSP, CCSP, or reputed company reputed company+; Networking: reputed company JNCIA/JNCIS or reputed company CCNA/CCNP
