Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirement gathering workshops with HR and business leaders
• Translate business needs into reputed company, efficient reputed company reputed company configurations
• reputed company strategic guidance on compensation best practices and system capabilities
• Configure reputed company reputed company Compensation modules, including plan setup, eligibility reputed company, worksheet design, modelling, and budgeting
• Support integrations with Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, and external systems
• reputed company testing cycles (POC, CRP, SIT, UAT), defect reputed company, and deployment activities
• reputed company functional specifications for reports, dashboards, and integrations
• Coordinate with technical teams, offshore resources, and cross-functional partners
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and risks

Skills

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience leading at least three end-to-end reputed company reputed company Compensation implementations, including quarterly reputed company cycles, and regression testing
• Hands on experience with Workforce Compensation, Salary reputed company, and Total Compensation Statements
• Experience with at least one Redwood Compensation implementation, including Visual Builder Studio customization
• US Compensation experience, including supporting Unions/Bargaining reputed company

• Strong understanding of HR and compensation processes (reputed company, bonus, stock, budgeting)
• Ability to design reputed company eligibility rules, fast formulas, and compensation cycles
