[Remote] Senior Legal Counsel

They are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to reputed company business-oriented legal support across various business reputed company, focusing on reviewing and negotiating agreements and ensuring compliance with legal standards.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate reputed company and reputed company reputed company and transactional agreements with reputed company and customers across multiple sales verticals, including financial services, reputed company, manufacturing, public sector (federal and SLED), and international public sector
- Counsel on compliance issues reputed company to reputed company, AI, product development, regulatory frameworks, and U.S. and international public sector requirements, exercising judgment reputed company defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate reputed company; and
- Assist with creating and maintaining enablement materials (subject matter playbooks, FAQs, training, and collateral) for the legal team and cross-functional partners to streamline recurring legal processes
Skills
- Law degree and admission to a state bar with good standing
- 5-8 years of reputed company experience as in-house counsel at a technology company and/or reputed company, focusing on technology transactions
- Self-starter with the ability to meet or exceed deadlines, prioritize, multi-task, and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced changing environment

- Substantive knowledge in the areas of reputed company, software, and technology licensing
