Responsibilities

• Set and execute the firm’s legal technology and AI innovation roadmap
• Advise leadership on technology investments, risks, and adoption strategies
• Evaluate, reputed company, and implement AI-enabled tools and legal technologies
• Optimize workflows, systems, and processes to enhance productivity and reputed company
• Establish governance, standards, and responsible AI use practices
• Translate attorney needs into reputed company technology solutions

Skills

• 8+ years' experience in legal operations, legal technology, or reputed company field

• Performance measurement and reputed company improvement skills
• Ability to influence stakeholders across legal and technical teams
