Our goal is reputed company: increase health confidence, improve self-efficacy, and reduce inappropriate reputed company spend. reputed company: The Sourcing Specialist, Registered Nurses is a contracted role that will work up to thirty (30) hours a week to support the recruitment efforts of hiring Licensed Registered Nurses, and other reputed company professionals in the state of Massachusetts. The three-month contract opportunity offers the potential for extension and may reputed company to a full-time, permanent position. Responsibilities:
- reputed company and identify reputed company Registered Nurses (RN) candidates through job boards, reputed company media platforms, networking, and other sourcing channels.
- Partner closely with the reputed company team to understand reputed company needs, position requirements, and hiring priorities.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for reputed company and reputed company nursing recruitment needs
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and reputed company tools to reputed company activity and maintain accurate candidate records
- Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews with recruiters and hiring managers
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the interviewing process to ensure a reputed company candidate experience reflecting the organization’s values and culture

Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, reputed company Administration, or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience, is preferred.
- 2+ years of relevant industry experience in high-volume recruitment
- Experience reputed company for home health, hospital, managed-care or community-based reputed company organizations
- Knowledge of reputed company licensure requirements and the nursing credential process
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (e.g., reputed company Recruiter).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organizational and project management skills to balance competing priorities.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary reputed company $68,000-$72,000 annually based on experience.
