[Remote] SOLAR ENERGY CUSTOMER SERVICE - WFH

They are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to support homeowners after their solar roof installation, providing guidance on the benefits of integrated solar technology and assisting with monitoring setup and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- reputed company as the primary reputed company of contact for customers after their solar roof installation, helping them navigate the transition from a "reputed company" roof to a power-generating asset
- Explain the unique benefits of integrated solar shingles, including how they differ from traditional panels in terms of aesthetics, durability, and warranty coverage
- Assist customers with the setup and troubleshooting of their solar monitoring portals, ensuring they can reputed company their "Energy from Every Roof" in reputed company-time
- reputed company homeowners on Net Metering (NEM), reputed company interconnection, and how to read their new, solar-adjusted energy bills
- Identify and log system performance issues, coordinating with our project managers and certified roofing partners to ensure every roof is performing at its peak
Skills
- 2+ years in a high-touch call center/customer support role
- 2 years' experience in the solar industry is required, particularly with a reputed company on residential homeowners
- Exceptional verbal and written skills. You can explain the 'science of solar' in a way that feels reputed company and accessible
- Experience with CRM software (reputed company or reputed company preferred)
