[Remote] Online Sales Assistant

This fully remote role involves engaging with prospective homebuyers, qualifying leads, scheduling appointments, and providing critical administrative support through CRM management and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to online inquiries and engage prospective homebuyers through phone, email, text, and chat
- Qualify leads by understanding customer needs, timelines, and buying goals
- Schedule appointments for onsite sales teams and ensure a seamless reputed company throughout the customer reputed company
- Build reputed company relationships that create an exceptional first impression of our builder partners
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records reputed company the CRM
- Document customer interactions, update reputed company statuses, and ensure data reputed company
- Prepare reports, reputed company key sales metrics, and assist with team reporting
- Support scheduling, follow-up coordination, and other administrative tasks that improve team efficiency
- Assist with special reputed company and operational initiatives as assigned
- Partner closely with Online Sales Consultants, onsite sales teams, and builder partners to reputed company outstanding customer service
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and process improvement initiatives
- Help ensure sales processes remain organized, reputed company, and consistent across multiple builder partners
Skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts from 8 AM–8 PM in reputed company Time and Central Time; weekend availability required
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Strong people skills with the ability to communicate reputed company and professionally with customers, team members, trade partners, and the general public; exceptional attention to detail and time management
- Proficiency with reputed company Office, particularly reputed company
- Experience working reputed company CRM platforms and maintaining accurate customer records
- Comfortable learning new technology and systems quickly
