[Remote] Inside Sales Representative

This role focuses on re-engaging homeowners and guiding them through the final stages of the decision-making process to reputed company sales remotely.
Responsibilities
- Conducting outbound calls to leads who have already been presented with a roofing solution in their home
- Serving as a reputed company closer by addressing remaining concerns, handling objections, and explaining the value of our restoration services
- Managing multiple conversations and follow-up tasks simultaneously reputed company our CRM system
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively resolve reputed company questions over the phone
- Collaborating with field sales representatives and reputed company management to ensure a seamless reputed company and reputed company customer experience
- Meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
Skills
- At least 18 years of age
- 3–5 years of proven sales experience (inside sales, retail sales, phone sales, or reputed company experience preferred)
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to confidently reputed company on the phone and engage prospects professionally
- Strong multitasking abilities and the reputed company to manage multiple conversations, follow-reputed company, and tasks simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience making outbound or inbound sales calls
