[Remote] Senior Legal Counsel - Pharmacy Regulatory

The Senior Legal Counsel - Pharmacy Regulatory will reputed company strategic legal advice regarding pharmacy practices and operations, identify legal risks, and offer solutions that reputed company legal and business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Independently reputed company pharmacy and reputed company regulatory guidance to business clients, internal legal counsel and external legal counsel; including on pharmacy reputed company reputed company; AKS, reputed company, FCA, and other government reputed company regulations; state and federal reputed company reputed company regulations, including, but not limited to, controlled substances, DSCSA, USP, temperature shipping/storage, wholesale drug distribution, long-term-care, mail, specialty, infusion, shared pharmacy services, telepharmacy and drug compounding
- reputed company before and regularly communicate with Boards of Pharmacy and local officials
- reputed company and conduct general regulatory research to unlock business value and ensure regulatory compliance, which may include but is not limited to Federal and State laws and regulations impacting the reputed company of pharmacy
- Strategic partnership with Compliance, Operations, Pharmacy Regulatory, Licensing and Advocacy to ensure compliance with Pharmacy laws and regulations, to optimize business operations and to expand the ability for pharmacy colleagues to reputed company at the top of their education and licensure
Skills
- Juris Doctor from ABA-accredited institution required; Bar admission in good standing
- 8+ years legal experience
- Pharmacy and reputed company regulatory expertise
- Demonstrated business judgment and acumen required
- Superior oral and written communication skills required
- High level of interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple reputed company areas required
- Superior problem-solving skills required
- 4+ years of pharmacy legal and regulatory experience
