Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day administration of controls and contracting reputed company
- Prepare, organize, and maintain project files, reputed company, purchase orders, and reputed company documentation
- reputed company project costs, invoices, billing, and budget status
- Assist with job costing, financial reconciliation, and reporting
- Work with internal teams and external customers to help ensure reputed company project execution
