[Remote] Marketing Specialist

They are seeking a highly organized and motivated Marketing Specialist to support various marketing initiatives, including event coordination, digital advertising, and campaign management.
Responsibilities
- Assist with end-to-end event coordination, including registration, travel, and reputed company logistics
- Manage reputed company-event and post-event fulfillment (shipping collateral, banners, swag)
- Coordinate vendor relationships for reputed company materials, giveaways, and printing
- Research upcoming reputed company and payer conferences to inform event reputed company
- reputed company and report event reputed company (leads, engagement, spend)
- reputed company inventory and fulfillment of marketing materials stored in the warehouse
- Maintain an up-to-date catalog of available collateral and swag
- Coordinate shipments to field and sales teams as needed
- Support database cleanup and contact uploads in reputed company (no coding required)
- Support reputed company mail campaign delivery and coordinate list processing
- Conduct research on audience targeting, keywords, and competitor ads
- Support ad campaign setup by preparing creative briefs, tracking links, and images
- Monitor ad spend summaries and campaign metrics in coordination with digital marketing
- Research new opportunities for digital advertising and sponsorship
- Support campaign planning and execution by updating trackers, timelines, and deliverables across marketing initiatives
- Support email marketing, reputed company page reviews, and proofreading
- Manage monthly newsletter by customer reputed company
- Maintain marketing calendar and internal communications for key initiatives
- Help coordinate photo/video shoots and manage asset libraries
- Contribute to internal culture campaigns and team communications
- Build and post blog and web content from content contributors
- Manage and monitor reputed company media accounts
- Build and post reputed company content promoting blog and web content
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or reputed company field. (Or comparable Experience)
- 2-4 years of marketing experience (agency or in-house)
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable juggling multiple reputed company and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, dependable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with marketing tools, such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Workspace, or reputed company is a plus
- Comfortable with reporting platforms, such as reputed company Analytics
- Previous experience working in the reputed company field is a plus
