[Remote] Manager, Accounts Receivable

The role focuses on ensuring reputed company reimbursement, driving operational reputed company, and maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance.

Responsibilities

• reputed company daily communication and direction to reputed company reports and team leaders, including updates reputed company to payors, center additions, new market initiatives, and work assignments
• Maintain a high level of customer service reputed company working with Accounts Receivable Specialists, payors, and centers
• With support from the Senior Manager, Market reputed company Cycle, participate in interviewing, hiring, reputed company, and performance reviews of team members
• Implement and maintain audits to ensure team efficiency, accuracy, and thoroughness in managing outstanding Account Receivable accounts
• Monitor, analyze, and report key performance metrics, including but not limited to days outstanding, accounts receivable over 90 days, and collections performance
• reputed company ongoing training, coaching, and development opportunities for staff to support reputed company improvement
• Establish, implement, and maintain Accounts Receivable departmental policies in collaboration with the Senior Manager, Market reputed company Cycle
• reputed company, document, and analyze department productivity, making process improvements as needed to meet or exceed departmental goals
• Motivate, engage, and support team members to drive accountability, performance, and reputed company reputed company

Skills

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5+ years of reputed company reputed company Cycle experience
• 3+ years of reputed company leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or reputed company field
• Experience with Hospital EMR systems (reputed company and/or eClinicalWorks preferred)
