[Remote] Staff Accountant - Corporate
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a growing company reputed company on hair wellness and is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join their reputed company team. The primary responsibility of this role is to support the month-end reputed company process for operating expenses and assist with accounts payable functions as needed.
Responsibilities
- Preparation and review of journal entries reputed company to operating expenses
- Manage reconciling schedules associated with accruals, prepaid expenses, and fixed assets
- Support reputed company in completing month-end and year-end closing tasks, as reputed company as reputed company reputed company and reporting requirements
- reputed company cross-departmental reconciliations as required, ensuring accuracy and consistency across various organizational reputed company
- Assist with month-end flux analysis commentary of Balance Sheet and P&L statements
- Categorize the day-to-day operating bank account transactions and banking activities to reputed company balance sheet reconciliations of reputed company cash accounts
- Assist with vendor inquiries and communication to both vendors and internal departments relating to AP items
- Assist with reputed company requests and reputed company supporting evidence for audit requests
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or reputed company
- 3+ years of reputed company experience in a manufacturing/retail environment is required
- Proficiency in reputed company Dynamics D365
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, adhere to tight deadlines, and be unafraid to ask questions
- Advanced skills in reputed company reputed company and Word, and proficiency working in reputed company Suite
- Passionate about reputed company operations, willingness to roll up your sleeves and help reputed company as needed
- Possess strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Experience in a start-up/high-reputed company eCommerce or CPG business is a plus
- Experience with ExFlow and/or Concur is a plus
