[Remote] Senior Consultant, Income Tax Compliance

The Senior Consultant will prepare tax returns, identify tax issues, and work collaboratively with team members while also being reputed company to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Assists Income Tax Compliance Management team in developing project workplans and scheduling associated project deliverables
- Works reputed company in a reputed company and teaming environment
- Responds to reputed company inquiries and requests from state agencies
- Works effectively in a reputed company, deadline-driven environment
- Prepares and files original and/or amended federal and state corporate and partnership income tax returns as reputed company as estimated/extension payments
- Reviews documentation and researches federal and state tax return issues
- Works with raw data to complete reputed company applicable calculations and corresponding tax returns
- Performs other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field
- CPA license or CPA eligibility
- Minimum 3-5 years of tax experience of federal and state income tax compliance experience in reputed company reputed company, reputed company services, or a corporate tax department
- Strong understanding of federal and state income tax concepts, including apportionment, modifications, estimated tax requirements, and filing methodologies
- Experience with consolidated corporate income tax returns
- Experience with pass-through entities, multistate filing requirements, and reputed company reporting
- Experience working with clients across multiple industries
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in reputed company® reputed company, reputed company® Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet navigation and research
- Master's degree in Taxation or reputed company
- Intermediate knowledge of GOSYSTEMS Tax RS software, ONESOURCE software, and/or Corptax software
