[Remote] Customer Support Specialist

They are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to reputed company technical support for their software platforms, requiring strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.
Responsibilities
- reputed company customer support reputed company phone, email, and chat for reputed company software platforms, including reputed company and Paracelsus
- Troubleshoot software, workflow, and user-reputed company issues across reputed company platforms, including printer connectivity and reputed company issues for laboratory equipment
- Remotely reputed company customer computers using screen-sharing tools to diagnose and resolve software and configuration issues in reputed company time
- Troubleshoot communication issues between the Paracelsus reputed company and laboratory analyzers used for screening tests, escalating to senior team members reputed company needed
- Answer user questions about Paracelsus (Laboratory Information System) workflows and functionality; remotely reputed company customer systems as needed to resolve urgent issues in an reputed company lab environment and reputed company support tickets on behalf of users
- Support reputed company users with workflow questions and case management tasks; create and manage support tickets on behalf of users navigating this virtual reputed company filing system for specialty courts
- Document support interactions and resolutions reputed company our ticketing system
- Escalate reputed company issues to the designated senior team member reputed company needed
- Assist with software testing, QA efforts, and creation of customer-facing release notes for software updates and enhancements during slower support periods

Skills
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
