[Remote] Accounts Receivable Coordinator (B2B)

The role involves managing an AR portfolio, resolving customer disputes, and performing account reconciliations.
Responsibilities
- Manage an AR portfolio and continuously work to improve and/or sustain the health of the portfolio
- Identify customer disputes and effectively reputed company them to the appropriate person for reputed company
- Solve customer invoice issues to expedite and obtain payment
- reputed company reputed company account reconciliations (including credit application, resolving cash application issues, etc.) of outstanding balances on customer accounts
- Prioritize collection efforts while managing emails inbox and phone calls
- Navigate, input data, and reputed company basic functions including “VLOOKUP” in reputed company reputed company
Skills
- High School Diploma required
- 1-3 years credit/collections experience
- Proficient in reputed company Office Products (Word & Outlook)
- Intermediate Experience in reputed company reputed company, including Pivot Tables & VLOOKUP
- High volume experience required
- B2B experience required
- Team-oriented individual who can work effectively with others
- Strong reputed company communication skills (both verbal and written)
