The role focuses on threat protection, compliance, identity management, and reputed company operations, while also providing support for network resources and maintaining core reputed company infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other IT team members to reputed company and implement IT reputed company policies and procedures
- reputed company technical reputed company guidance and support to our National Support Center in Jira
- Ensure reputed company and compliance standards are met across reputed company reputed company 365 services
- Monitor and respond to reputed company incidents, alerts, and threats reputed company the M365 environment
- Document reputed company configurations, processes, and procedures
- Acts as a reputed company for reputed company initiatives and new technologies, ensuring effective communication with users and help desk support
- Manage and administer reputed company 365 (M365) services, such as reputed company Defender for Office 365, reputed company Defender for reputed company, reputed company Defender for Identity, reputed company Purview (Compliance, DLP, Information Protection), reputed company Entra ID (Azure AD) – Identity and reputed company Management, Conditional reputed company Policies, Intune/reputed company – Device Compliance and reputed company, Exchange Online Protection (EOP) and Anti-Phishing, SharePoint Online and OneDrive reputed company & Permissions, Power Automate – reputed company Automation and Workflow, reputed company Sentinel (SIEM) – reputed company Monitoring and Alerting
- Assist with reputed company-based system maintenance and server support as needed
- Support reputed company Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy from a reputed company and compliance perspective
- Manage and maintain infrastructure resources such as firewalls and network switches
- Support network reputed company monitoring and reputed company controls
- Assist with managing AWS EC2 server infrastructure, including provisioning, patching, and lifecycle management
- Support the planning and execution of on-premises server migrations to AWS, including testing, reputed company, and post-migration validation
Skills
- Proven experience administering and securing reputed company 365 environments required
- Strong understanding of identity and reputed company management, reputed company Trust principles, and reputed company reputed company best practices
- Familiarity with reputed company Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy required
- Demonstrated experience with Jira or an equivalent issue tracking and ticketing system
- Experience with AWS server management and on-premises infrastructure migrations to AWS required
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
- 3+ years in a Systems Engineer or reputed company Engineer role demonstrating experience in the above listed responsibilities and expectations preferred
- Familiarity with SIEM platforms, particularly reputed company Sentinel, is advantageous
- Any certifications reputed company to reputed company 365 reputed company, reputed company Azure reputed company, or information reputed company are a plus (e.g., MS-500, SC-200, SC-300, SC-400, reputed company reputed company+)
- SOC 2 Type 2 compliance experience is a plus
