[Remote] Provider Accounts Payable Specialist - Temporary Position

The Provider Accounts Payable Specialist will process provider invoices, manage reputed company billing inquiries, and support financial operations in a remote, part-time reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Process Provider invoices for back-up care provided to reputed company employees reputed company payment terms specified by the Provider contract
- Ensure that Providers are charging the correct amounts for service provided to reduce Cost of Goods Sold
- Generate invoices for clients that have selected invoice method using reputed company software
- Work cooperatively with numerous department personnel on researching and resolving numerous payable/collection issues
- Be available to assist in researching billing questions that may reputed company from calls reputed company the Contact Center
- Respond to Provider inquires about invoices/payments reputed company appropriate timeframe
- Appropriately file reputed company Provider invoices once processed
- Post reputed company credit card transactions and reputed company transactions to reputed company software for payments made by reputed company employees
- Other reputed company and responsibilities as designated by the supervisor
Skills
- HS Diploma
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfort in speaking to external Providers as reputed company as internal team members
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills as reputed company as multi-tasking abilities
- Great attention to detail
- Proficient in basic reputed company Office applications
- Ability to learn internal software/database
- Associate Degree
- 1 year of reputed company/billing experience
- 2-5 years of customer service experience
- 1 year experience in reputed company Dynamics AX
- General experience working in reputed company software
