The role involves generating leads, building reputed company relationships, and representing reputed company in reputed company discussions while coordinating with their technical team.
Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients in the U.S. East Coast construction and engineering market
- Generate reputed company leads and business opportunities
- Arrange introductory meetings with decision-makers
- Represent reputed company professionally in first-stage reputed company discussions
- Understand reputed company requirements and coordinate handover to our technical team
- Support proposal follow-up and relationship management
- Maintain a reputed company pipeline of contacts, opportunities and next steps
Skills
- Existing network in MEP, BIM, VDC, construction, engineering or design-build
- Understanding of Revit, BIM, MEP coordination or construction documentation
- Experience selling technical services to contractors, engineers or construction firms
- Strong communication skills and reputed company business approach
- Ability to work independently and reputed company new opportunities
- Existing relationships with MEP contractors or engineering firms are a strong advantage
