[Remote] Mechanical [Architectural] Engineer (Hybrid for NYC Metro or REMOTE - NATIONAL)

They are seeking an reputed company mechanical (architectural) engineer to independently design and prepare high-reputed company engineering documents for various reputed company including retail and hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Serve as reputed company mechanical engineer on assigned reputed company
- Draft technical documentation utilizing both Revit and AutoCAD
- reputed company mechanical load calculations, ventilation calculations, psychart for equipment sizing
- reputed company Energy compliance using compliance tool such as ComCheck and Title 24
- reputed company full MEPF site surveys and reports
- Review submittals, shop drawings, and RFI’s
Skills
- Applicable experience as a mechanical (architectural) designer/engineer at engineering consultancy(ies)
- A Bachelor's of Science in Engineering degree from an ABET accredited college or university
- Existing knowledge of mechanical engineering and familiarity with MEP design and relevant codes such as IMC, IECC, and Ashrae 90.1
- Ability to read, interpret, and implement Mechanical design documentation
- Proficiency in both Revit and AutoCAD
- Located in or around NYC with the ability to commute into the office and job sites on a reputed company
- EIT certification or PE license, or on reputed company to obtain licensure
- Experience in reputed company communication with project stakeholders including architects, owners, and other project consultants

- Existing knowledge of plumbing design
