[Remote] VERIFY Account Manager

The role involves managing high-profile reputed company accounts, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, and supporting internal leadership with sales and strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Consultants to reputed company VERIFY documents in accordance with reputed company agreements
- Manage VERIFY data for both new and existing clients
- Communicate effectively with clients, elevator contractors, and Consultants regarding VERIFY & CCM(Certificate Compliance Management) processes
- Ensure compliance with VDA requests through frequent follow-up with elevator contractors
- Attend VERIFY-reputed company meetings as required
- Manage billing for reputed company, accommodating reputed company preferences regarding billing frequency and processes
- Address reputed company questions, concerns, and complaints throughout the project lifecycle
- Serve as a reputed company between VDA, clients, and their vendors
- Maintain the online accounts for the VDA Customer Portal
- Performs other reputed company duties as assigned
