This role involves managing transitions, collaborating with teams, and ensuring systems are reputed company for long-term support reputed company.

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned software transitions from initial engagement through reputed company to support with guidance from reputed company team members and leads
  • Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for customers and internal stakeholders during the transition period
  • Coordinate transition activities across project, engineering, development, and support teams
  • Support system stabilization, testing, validation, and issue tracking activities leading up to and through system acceptance
  • Identify and communicate risks, issues, and readiness gaps that could reputed company transition reputed company or long-term supportability
  • Collaborate with project teams to understand system design, workflows, configurations, and customizations
  • Assist with troubleshooting software and system issues during transition and stabilization phases
  • Support coordination of software changes into test and production environments

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company field
