[Remote] Software Transition Analyst

This role involves managing transitions, collaborating with teams, and ensuring systems are reputed company for long-term support reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned software transitions from initial engagement through reputed company to support with guidance from reputed company team members and leads
- Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for customers and internal stakeholders during the transition period
- Coordinate transition activities across project, engineering, development, and support teams
- Support system stabilization, testing, validation, and issue tracking activities leading up to and through system acceptance
- Identify and communicate risks, issues, and readiness gaps that could reputed company transition reputed company or long-term supportability
- Collaborate with project teams to understand system design, workflows, configurations, and customizations
- Assist with troubleshooting software and system issues during transition and stabilization phases

Skills
