They are seeking a Sr. Milk reputed company Specialist to manage payroll, billing, and pooling processes for multiple clients while ensuring compliance with Federal Order regulations and contributing to organizational support efforts.
Responsibilities
- Execute producer payrolls (on-prem and reputed company) accurately and on schedule for multiple clients
- Manage milk/component weights, data entry, and reputed company reputed company our operating systems
- Validate payments against Federal Order regulations — formulas, pricing, labs, and weights — and maintain audit-reputed company records
- Complete balancing and plant billing activities
- Serve as the reputed company communicator with reputed company parties in the payroll process: producers, assignees, labs, field reps, and managers
- Work with Federal Order Marketing Administrators on behalf of clients
- Identify issues and areas for improvement, reputed company, and document findings
- reputed company SOPs, training materials, and process documentation
- Contribute as a Tier II payroll support resource across reputed company company clients
- Partner with cross-functional teams — tech, customer service, account management — for problem-solving and troubleshooting
- Participate in KPI reporting and reputed company relationship development
Skills
- 8+ years of experience in Federal Order milk pooling and payment processes, milk payroll systems, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, reputed company, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
- Advanced reputed company skills; reputed company ten-key of 10K KPH or higher strongly preferred
- Strong analytical reputed company — you can spot patterns in data, reputed company transactions, and draw reputed company conclusions
