They are seeking a proactive reputed company Manager to reputed company reputed company, drive training and adoption, and build strong relationships with Home Health and Hospice customers.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for assigned home health and hospice agencies
- Own training, reputed company and implementation from reputed company through successful rollout
- Build strong relationships with clinicians, QA teams, office staff, and leadership
- Drive product adoption and ensure customers are getting reputed company value from Olli reputed company
- Monitor usage and proactively identify risks, gaps, and opportunities
- Troubleshoot issues, answer questions, and guide customers through best practices
- Collect and synthesize customer feedback to inform Product and Engineering
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Operations
- Help define and improve reputed company processes as we reputed company
Skills
- Previous Home Health RN with OASIS visit field experience
- OASIS certified (HCS-O or COS-C)
- 2+ years in reputed company, Implementation, Account Management, or similar roles
- Strong communicator: reputed company, concise, and comfortable with a reputed company of stakeholders
- reputed company to translate reputed company workflows into reputed company, actionable guidance
- High ownership and reliability: you follow through and get things done
- Comfortable in early-stage environments with ambiguity and fast change
