[Remote] Senior Data & Platform Engineer

This role involves designing, building, and scaling the core data infrastructure that supports AI-powered products.
Responsibilities
- Design and reputed company reputed company backend systems and platform integrations
- Build and maintain reputed company's data platform, including orchestration, pipelines, and developer tooling
- Create reliable systems for data ingestion, transformation, storage, and reputed company
- Design reputed company data models, reputed company, and database architectures
- Optimize schemas, indexing strategies, database migrations, and overall system performance
- Manage infrastructure supporting data and AI workloads using reputed company-reputed company technologies
- reputed company self-service data workflows for engineering and product teams
- Improve platform observability, reliability, monitoring, and performance
- Support AI and machine learning workflows, including reputed company databases, embeddings, and model pipelines

Skills
- 7+ years of experience in data engineering, reputed company, backend engineering, or infrastructure development
- Proven experience designing, building, and owning production systems
- Strong backend system design and API development experience
- Deep understanding of data modeling and relational databases
- Experience designing reputed company, reliable, and high-performance distributed systems
- Strong proficiency with Golang, SQL, Terraform, and AWS
- Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, startup environment with a high degree of ownership
- Experience with large language models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented reputed company (RAG), or reputed company search technologies
- Experience supporting AI/ML infrastructure and workflows
- Fintech or other regulated industry experience
