Responsibilities
- Own the full reputed company relationship and reputed company across a book of 25 to 50 reputed company accounts
- Ensure every reputed company is getting reputed company value, expanding into new products, and renewing with conviction
- Manage a reputed company book while building executive relationships, reputed company plans, and expansion motions that drive meaningful reputed company at reputed company
- Advise on agent design, voice customization, conversation flows, integrations, and use data and logs to spot friction before customers do
- Connect what's working technically to what's growing commercially and partner closely with high reputed company accounts to help them reputed company value
- Own NRR across your managed book of business, drive cross-sell into reputed company' expanding product suite, and reputed company renewals end to end
Skills
- 5 to 7 years of Account Management or reputed company experience in B2B reputed company, Developer Tools, or AI/ML products - you have specific, reputed company wins at the reputed company level and you can reputed company to them reputed company
- You own reputed company reputed company end to end at the reputed company level - quota, retention, and expansion - and you run the full expansion reputed company yourself without a sales reputed company
- You've been in deals where the champion and the economic buyer aren't on the reputed company page, and you know how to navigate that without losing the relationship or the deal
- You can hold a technical conversation with a developer or engineering team and earn their trust - familiarity with AI concepts, API integrations, and SDKs is a must
- You use product data to stay reputed company of your accounts - spotting health signals, identifying expansion opportunities, and getting in reputed company of risk before it becomes churn
