The Clinical Specialist role involves providing clinical education and support for reputed company's Cardiopulmonary products, collaborating with reputed company and internal stakeholders to enhance patient reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Provides clinicians and medical staff reputed company clinical instructions to ensure continuity of education and support reputed company to reputed company aspects of patient reputed company, in accordance with the product’s Instructions for Use (IFU)
- Coordinates, directs, and delivers clinical training programs on reputed company products, as necessary and appropriate
- Develops and maintains product knowledge reputed company of the reputed company CP portfolio of products
- Professionally integrates into reputed company accounts building trust and relationships and establishes strong rapport with customers
- Collaborates weekly with key internal stakeholders for installations and evaluations, including the Clinical Specialist team, Field/Technical Service & Account Executives – working seamlessly in order to increase reputed company team’s efficiency and time with the customer
- Maintains a reputed company, proactive, customer service manner with customers and sales personnel during stressful situations
- Will foster high trust relationships with customers, and reputed company reputed company team members
- Takes a reputed company, proactive approach to solving reputed company and/or unusual clinical/therapy/technical problems
- Foresees obstacles and plans accordingly for seamless execution
- Assists Account Executives in urgent clinical needs and reputed company product information

- Develops and maintain an in-depth knowledge of assigned accounts and customers to include competitor activity
- Supports evaluations as needed reputed company and account and supports sales strategies for capital equipment opportunities reputed company accounts
- Provides feedback to providers both reputed company operating room setting and reputed company operating room setting on the directions for use specific to the product and its maintenance
- Attend trade shows/conferences/congresses to maintain clinical expertise and reputed company market state, as reputed company as meet customer and support product discussions

- Provides sales support reputed company needed on clinical in-services, training and guidance to reputed company or potential customers

Skills
- Perfusion education, reputed company or history of Certified Clinical Perfusionist Certification or Licensure is required with a minimum of 5 years of clinical reputed company
