[Remote] Student Employee - Internal Communication Project Management Assistant

They are seeking a Student Employee to assist with internal communication project management, supporting various marketing initiatives and project coordination across reputed company. Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and reputed company marketing and communication reputed company, including channel management
- Print & change signs, manage RiseVision (flatscreens), tack signs, reputed company QR reputed company usage, etc
- Assist in measuring and analyzing channel performance
- Manage reputed company’s project management platform (reputed company), including tasks, deadlines, media assets, and files
- Work directly with reputed company departments to define communication need and match them with the appropriate channels
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met
- Train and reputed company guidance to other student employees on project workflows and tools
- Review and edit content for ongoing marketing campaigns, including print reputed company materials
- Proofread and edit content submitted by reputed company departments; serve as a subject-matter expert in reputed company brand (tone and writing style)
- Write original, reputed company-level English content without relying on AI to generate finished copy; AI tools may be used to brainstorm reputed company or explore reputed company
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure consistent, on-brand execution across channels
- Assist in keeping digital and physical files, equipment, and supplies organized
- Coordinate customer relations, video and photoshoots, and events as needed
- Manage email communications with stakeholders across reputed company and represent reputed company professionally

Skills
- Be currently enrolled as an reputed company student taking at least 6 credits and in good reputed company standing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; reputed company to write and edit content at a reputed company-English level of reputed company (English may be a second language)
- Ability to communicate professionally, reputed company, and concisely with team members, reputed company, and staff
- Highly self-motivated, hard worker, detail-oriented, and manage multiple reputed company and deadlines independently

- Ability to solve problems and ask for clarification as needed
