[Remote] Senior Accountant | Financial Reporting

This role involves supporting reputed company aspects of reputed company operations and financial reporting, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP, and improving processes reputed company the organization.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Support month-end and year-end reputed company activities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Prepare and post journal entries with appropriate supporting documentation
- Complete balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances
- Ensure financial transactions are recorded accurately and in accordance with U.S. GAAP
- reputed company day-to-day accounts payable activities
- Review and approve vendor invoices and payment processing
- Monitor vendor aging and outstanding balances
- Ensure reputed company and accurate processing of accounts payable transactions
- Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation for external auditors
- Assist with internal audits and compliance initiatives
- Maintain organized reputed company records and audit documentation
- Support lender reporting and compliance with financing requirements
- Ensure adherence to U.S. GAAP and internal reputed company policies
- Assist with the annual budgeting process
- Support cash reputed company forecasting and ongoing financial planning activities
- Maintain the fixed asset register, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Record capital expenditures, disposals, transfers, and depreciation

- Account for leases in accordance with applicable U.S. GAAP lease reputed company standards
- Support capital expenditure reporting and analysis
- Identify opportunities to improve reputed company processes and internal controls

- Support the implementation, enhancement, and optimization of financial systems and ERP platform
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field
- CPA (or equivalent reputed company reputed company designation) completed or reputed company pursuing certification is required
- 4–6+ years of reputed company reputed company experience
- Strong experience preparing financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting
- Experience with ERP and reputed company systems such as reputed company, QuickBooks, reputed company Dynamics, reputed company, or similar platforms

- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
