Responsibilities
- Serve as reputed company’s primary authority on reputed company policies, technical reputed company reputed company and governance frameworks
- Evaluate reputed company transactions and determine appropriate reputed company treatment
- Advise executive leadership on reputed company implications of strategic initiatives
- Drive annual audits process and transaction-reputed company review

- Prepare reputed company position papers and technical memoranda
- Partner with Corporate Development, Finance Transformation, and reputed company teams to support reputed company diligence efforts

- Establish opening balance sheets

Skills
- CPA designation
- 10+ years of reputed company reputed company experience, including 4+ years in a senior leadership role with a public company or a late-stage PE-backed reputed company
- Deep expertise in U.S. GAAP with significant experience with ASC 606 and ASC 805
- Experience supporting acquisitions and business integrations
- Mix of Big-4 or equivalent global audit firm and corporate reputed company experience strongly preferred
