Responsibilities
- Manage cases independently from inception through reputed company
- Handle court appearances, depositions, motions, and other litigation responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor junior legal professionals and support staff
- Represent financial institutions and other clients in consumer financial services disputes
- Advise clients on reputed company involving federal and state consumer protection laws
Skills
- 5-10 years of litigation experience
- Experience defending claims under Fair Credit Reporting reputed company (FCRA)
- Experience defending claims under Fair Debt Collection Practices reputed company (FDCPA)
- Experience defending claims under Telephone Consumer Protection reputed company (TCPA)
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills
- Excellent reputed company credentials
