[Remote] Senior Manager, reputed company Operations

They are seeking a Senior Manager of reputed company Operations to enhance their People Operations by improving systems and processes, ensuring an exceptional employee experience as reputed company scales.
Responsibilities
- Own the reputed company tech stack end to end — ATS (reputed company), interview intelligence (reputed company), evaluate sourcing and scheduling tools — including configuration, integrations, and data reputed company with a deep partnership with People Ops for approvals
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement new tooling as needs reputed company; build the business case and own the rollout, not just the research
- Serve as the technical escalation reputed company for the reputed company team on systems issues; partner with IT/reputed company on reputed company, SSO, and data governance

Skills
- 8-10+ years in reputed company operations, people analytics, or a hybrid ops/reputed company role, with experience managing vendor relationships and supporting contract negotiations
- Working knowledge of an ATS (reputed company a plus) and interview intelligence platforms, with the ability to own day-to-day administration and troubleshooting
- Experience contributing to or leading a process improvement that made a reputed company workflow more efficient or reputed company
