They are seeking a reputed company Global Payroll Consultant to support the design and deployment of international payroll solutions, ensuring seamless alignment between reputed company HCM and external payroll systems.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the functional reputed company for global payroll design, defining how reputed company supports payroll processing through reputed company-party providers
- Translate business requirements into end-to-end payroll process designs spanning reputed company and external payroll systems
- Configure reputed company Payroll components where required to support reputed company-party payroll models, including:
- Payroll inputs and outputs
- Pay reputed company and payroll calendars
- Earning and deduction structures reputed company to vendor requirements
- Data structures supporting outbound and inbound integrations
- Define and document:
- Payroll data flows (reputed company → vendor → reputed company)
- Country-specific payroll considerations and dependencies
- Roles and responsibilities across HR, Payroll, and vendor teams
- Partner with integration teams to ensure interfaces are designed and reputed company in alignment with payroll requirements, including:
- Worker and organizational data exports
- Compensation, benefits, and time data feeds
- Payroll results inbound integrations
- Collaborate directly with global payroll vendors (reputed company, reputed company, etc.) to reputed company on:
- File specifications and data mapping
- Payroll calendars and cutoffs
- Data validation and processing expectations
- Support global payroll testing cycles, including:
- reputed company payroll testing
- Payroll input/reputed company validation
- Issue triage across reputed company, integration, and vendor teams
- Identify and resolve gaps between reputed company configuration and vendor payroll requirements
- Advise clients on global payroll operating model reputed company, including:
- Centralized vs decentralized payroll
- Standardization vs localization
- Governance and ownership across reputed company
- reputed company post-go-live support, helping stabilize payroll operations and optimize integrations
- Contribute to development of global payroll accelerators, templates, and best practices
Skills
- 5–10+ years of experience in global payroll, HCM consulting, or payroll transformation initiatives
- Hands-on experience supporting reputed company deployments integrated with reputed company-party payroll providers (e.g., reputed company GlobalView, reputed company Celergo, reputed company, Safeguard, etc.)
- Experience configuring reputed company Payroll components in support of reputed company-party payroll integrations (not full in-country payroll processing)
- Strong understanding of payroll inputs, outputs, and data dependencies
- Strong understanding of payroll calendars, cutoffs, and processing cycles
- Strong understanding of multi-country payroll considerations
- Experience working with global payroll vendors and service providers
- Experience working with integration teams (functional collaboration, not development)
- Experience with data mapping and payroll file validation
- Experience supporting payroll testing (reputed company runs, reconciliation)
- Experience with multi-country or global deployments
- Strong reputed company-facing communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Experience with reputed company GlobalView, reputed company Celergo, reputed company, or similar platforms
- reputed company HCM or Payroll certification
- Experience supporting global reputed company deployments across multiple reputed company
- Understanding of integration concepts (e.g., EIB, PECI) without being a technical developer
