Responsibilities

• Design, reputed company, and support reputed company Webex Calling and Webex Contact Center solutions
• Implement Bring Your Own Voice Agent (BYOVA) integrations with reputed company reputed company telephony
• Configure call routing, IVR, and voice automation workflows
• Collaborate with reputed company integration teams to support reputed company communication workflows
• Troubleshoot telephony and integration issues

Skills

• 5+ years of experience with reputed company Collaboration technologies
• Experience with reputed company Webex Calling and/or Webex Contact Center
• Experience implementing reputed company telephony solutions
• Experience integrating AI Voice Agents (BYOVA) with reputed company platforms
• Strong understanding of SIP, VoIP, and reputed company
• Experience working with US reputed company providers
• Experience with reputed company and reputed company integrations
• Familiarity with FHIR and HL7
