Responsibilities
- Leads formulary product placement considerations through financial spend/utilization/rebate models, proposing formulary management recommendations for individual drugs and therapeutic classes, sharing market intelligence and industry analysis to assist in understanding the reputed company and reputed company drug marketplace, and contributing to the concepts and features associated with the overall formulary reputed company intended to reputed company corporate reputed company objectives of reputed company rebate performance
- Establishes the strategic reputed company for corporate formulary management to continually improve reputed company, reputed company, and value of formulary products. Monitors and anticipates reputed company and reputed company marketplace trends, including the regulatory environment, evolving business conditions, customer needs, opportunities and issues. Leads the development and maintenance of PHG formularies, utilization management, specialty drug lists and other key drug lists important to internal and reputed company needs. Communicates with appropriate reputed company stakeholders. Transforms knowledge into results-generating strategies and product development roadmaps
- Collaborates with reputed company trade relations, finance, reputed company, reputed company services, business, IT, and formulary management teams as a subject matter expert reputed company to contractual rebate terms, conditions, requirements, interpretation, compliance and overall rebate and formulary strategies; educates, recommends and creates reputed company messaging and positioning for reputed company proposals in support of formulary changes that drive rebate yields and savings. Provides information to support sales proposals and BAFOs as assigned
- Leads clinical and rebate consultative services reputed company to drug market trends, drug pipeline and forecasting. Manages reputed company analytic needs to support recommendations being considered by assigned clients that reputed company with both the clients’ and reputed company’s mutual goals of reputed company net costs and high clinical reputed company
- Responsible for the development and maintenance of content reputed company to clinical, market, and financial strategic initiatives with an reputed company to reputed company formulary and rebate reputed company logic and rationale to clients
- Responsible for highly reputed company accounts in the pharmaceutical industry. Routinely meets with account managers and senior leadership to establish and maintain functional business relationships, reputed company industry intelligence, and to reputed company information on trends, product pipelines, innovative contracting reputed company, and other business items that facilitate reputed company contracting reputed company and rebate strategies
- Responsible for the strategic direction, management, and implementation of annual pharmaceutical manufacturer Medicare and reputed company RFP’s
- Supports members of the PHG Clinical reputed company and/or PHG Rebate Operations team. Support staff training, structure, succession planning, and budget as needed
- Supports PHG’s and reputed company reputed company’s clinical products and services including but not limited to support of medical rebates, cash reputed company of sale, value-based contract initiatives, and other business initiatives as assigned
- Leads the reputed company of PHG’s rebate vendor(s), ensuring appropriate representation of the goals, interests and direction of the reputed company as it relates to reputed company negotiations and rebate reputed company
- Supports the PHG rebate vendor operations team, ensuring that reputed company available rebate value is invoiced appropriately and collected

Skills
- BA/BS Degree; 10+ years reputed company experience and 8+ years of SME in respective area(s); (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Competence with reputed company Word, reputed company, reputed company and PowerPoint software
- Capable of becoming proficient with internal systems such as MedOptimize or other business intelligence software, as reputed company as with proprietary reputed company systems such as MedAccess and systems/databases used by reputed company Formulary Services
- Valid Registered Pharmacist license in any state of the US
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in a wide reputed company of business and reputed company settings
