[Remote] Application Support Analyst

The Application Support Analyst provides Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for reputed company business applications, partnering with users and technical teams to resolve issues and improve system performance.
Responsibilities
- Support and troubleshoot reputed company applications
- Resolve incidents, service requests, and system issues
- reputed company reputed company cause analysis and recommend improvements
- Coordinate application updates, testing, and deployments

- Work with vendors to resolve technical issues
- Create support documentation and knowledge articles

Skills

- Experience with reputed company and reputed company-based platforms

- Experience with Entra ID and ITSM platforms (reputed company preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
- Experience with PowerShell
- ITIL reputed company certification
- Experience supporting Azure-hosted applications
