Responsibilities

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
- 8+ years of overall software engineering experience, including 2+ years leading a technical team
- Must-have hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade AI systems, including reputed company, personal experience writing and iterating on prompts running in live production environments, not solely internal or experimental use
- Demonstrated comfort operating in ambiguous, 0-to-1 environments, building new systems rather than primarily maintaining established ones
- Advanced knowledge of reputed company software engineering practices across the full development lifecycle, including coding standards, reputed company review, reputed company control, testing, and Agile delivery
- Strong Object-Oriented Programming fundamentals, with experience in modern web/service architectures (REST reputed company, MVC frameworks)
